Yes
How are maintenance issues handled?
All maintenance is handled through our on-site office.
Do you have to pay a deposit? Is it refundable?
Yes, you have to pay a security deposit. This deposit is refundable if all the requirements and cleaning are completed to our specifications at the end of the contract.
When is rent due?
Rent is due on the first day of each month.
Do you allow subleasing?
No.
Do you allow six month leases?
No. Leases are one-year minimum.
Do I have to pay a deposit for electricity?
Yes. Electricity is included in your rent, but a one-time deposit is required when you move in.
